why are your pacis shipped deconstructed?

our pacis are shipped in multiple pieces to save the buyer on shipping cost, and to ensure that the paci arrives safely. your paci can be easily put together, however if you have any issues feel free to contact us via email or instagram and we will help you out!!

do you accept returns?

unfortunately i cannot accept returns on my products for sanitary reasons, so please be sure before you purchase an item! however in circumstances such as damaged or broken items you may return for repairs!<3

is your packaging discreet?

yes! our package is a plain pink mailer with your name and address, however if you would prefer a white mailer for even more privacy, please let us know and we can do that for you! <3
